MOVING DURING CORONAVIRUS (FAQ’S ANSWERED)
What information do we need from you for a quotation?
– First name-surname, or nickname, contact number.
– Address of the origin and destination such as whether it is possible to enter an alley or park a six-wheels truck.
– Date, month, year, and time you want to move (If you are not sure, please inform us approximately which month you want to move)
– All items you want to move can be emailed or sent via LINE, Please take panoramic photos of all the items you want to move in each room to us. Please send all the good photos to us. We will pack and move goods by photos you send to us only. If there is no photo, we can not do it for you.
– If there are cabinets, drawers, you should open and take photos inside, so we can calculate the packing materials correctly on the actual moving date.
– If it is a residence building or a high-rise building, can we move it by using the elevator or have to move it through the stairs? Please inform us clearly.
