–Line: You can report items with attached photos at Line ID: bkk2199. we will send the quotation back to you immediately or within 24 hours (the company will move according to the attached photos only. If there are other unspecified items, we will not move them in any case)
– If you want us to survey the items to estimate the moving price, FREE Survey at your office (Bangkok only).
*** You can reserve our survey by email or LINE, we do not accept a telephone appointment because we require written evidence from the customer who allows our staff to survey the location to prevent any problems that have occurred before. Thus, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience. ***
What information do we need from you for making a quotation?
– First name-surname, or nickname, contact number.
– Detailed address of the origin and destination to be moved, such as whether it is possible to enter an alley or park a six-wheeled vehicle.
– Date, month, year, and time you want to move (If you are not sure, please inform us approximately which month you want to move)
– All items you want to move can be emailed or sent via LINE, Please let us know that how many boxes of employee documents will you give each person? Or if you have a complete goods list. You can make a list to us or take a panoramic photo of all the items you want to move in each room to us.
– If there is a cabinet, you should open a cabinet and take photos inside, so we can calculate the packing materials correctly on the actual moving date.
– If it is a office building or a high-rise building, can we move it by using the elevator or have to move it through the stairs? Please inform us clearly.
